9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials other than User Content, is owned by Koro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

11. Service Availability and Changes
Koro may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability, availability in every location, or error-free operation.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Koro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and availability.

- any meetup, venue, event, or interaction will be safe, lawful, or successful
- any content will be accurate, complete, or reliable
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koro and its operators, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service, these Terms, user conduct, third-party conduct, real-world interactions, venues, events, transportation, injuries, property damage, or unlawful acts by others, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

- you created risk, harm, or legal exposure
- your account is fraudulent, inactive in a way that creates risk, or required to be removed for legal reasons
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on User Content licenses, moderation, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, legal compliance, and dispute-related provisions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Koro and the jurisdiction from which Koro is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
